By downloading or using WordSearchEasy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
WordSearchEasy turns word lists — your own or the built-in library — into word search puzzles for primary school children, with picture, meaning and listening clues, progress tracking, and printable worksheets. It is a practice tool for parents and children; it does not replace school instruction and makes no promises about academic results.
Your Content
Word lists, photos and pictures you add to the app are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any material you import, such as photographs of school worksheets, for your own family's practice.
Built-in Content
The built-in word lists, translations and illustrations are provided for personal, non-commercial use within the app, including printing puzzles for your own children or students. They may not be extracted, redistributed or sold.
Subscriptions and Payments
WordSearchEasy offers an optional Premium subscription (weekly, 6-monthly or annual) that unlocks the full built-in library, picture and listening clues, custom difficulty and printing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell or misuse the app or its content, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law or App Store terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that text recognition of photographed lists will always be accurate — please check imported words before playing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
